Content Production and Development Unit (CPDU)
The Content Production and Development Unit or CPDU is the Business unit that is directly involved in creating linkages between Teachers who creates and uses content for their lesson plans, Curriculum Heads who ensure that teachers lesson plans are aligned with the school’s , and content developers to assist both teachers and
Curriculum heads to produce their materials. The CPDU is also responsible to ensure that these linkages are relevant and remain productive to fulfill the requirements of schools for Curriculum, Content and all critical workflow and Delivery.
Training and Professional Development Unit (TPDU)
Training and Professional Development is critical to every academic institution, and that is why Fullcroom Education created the TPDU to provide this leverage to schools and universities. The TPDU is responsible in preparing courses and Learning paths for Educators and Professional alike.
For Academic Institutions, TPDU provides Lifelong Learning modules for teachers who wish to upgrade their skills to cope with 21st century education. TPDU will provide the learning path for these courses.
For Companies and Corporations, TPDU provides professional development and skill level assessments so that employees and employers can deal with technological changes, as well as other related migrations.
For Principal Vendors and other Technology Partners, TPDU provides means for an efficient information dissemination and Training for resellers and other business partners. TPDU provides product evangelists to help reach out to critical business units.
Publications Unit (PU)
Fullcroom Education believes that the Philippines needs to reduce their paper consumption by reducing printed materials by at least half, and the rest should be made online, or server based. This does not mean that all publications would be totally removed, but rather to provide a smart way to lessen the waste.
The PU’s task is to augment the training and content developed by the CPDU and the TPDU by providing printed materials,workbooks and modules that are much more effective if it is printed. This is to also ensure that all materials that needs to be printed are reduced.
The PU is also responsible for the Quarterly Publication of Fullcroom Education and the Teachers Guides.
Website and E-Learning Unit (WELU)
The Fullcroom Education website is basically the online campus and the academic command center of Fullcroom Education and its constituents. The website also houses the online materials, trainers schedules, trainer resources,catalogs, critical & relevant news and online versions of some publications.
The WELU is responsible for ensuring the relevance of the website and its content. They are tasked to secure online transaction of Teachers, Educators and Students. They are also tasked to track performance metrics and other critical data obtained from surveys and researches.
Education Advocacy Unit (EAU)
The Education Advocacy Unit or EAU attaches to product vendors and resellers as a Pre-sales Team, to prepare a scenario or a roadmap for schools to consider. These roadmaps are meant to provide a clear and potential direction for them to take, to avoid costly purchases, White Elephant projects, and short term solutions.
Although the EAU attaches itself with Vendors and resellers, they are not biased to them, but rather focuses on customers and their immediate including their long term requirements. The EAU helps promote the products of both the CPDU and the TPDU,and encourage schools to benchmark, collaborate and migrate to more efficient and effective technologies.
